Fleet Supervisor

1. Serve as the primary point of contact with the fleet vendor, handling daily communication, service follow-up, and performance escalations. 
2. Prepare, update, and distribute transportation schedules across all shifts, ensuring timely submission to the provider and alignment with workforce requirements.

 3. Monitor and track fleet performance, including trip execution, delays, vehicle availability, and driver adherence to standards. 

4. Coordinate with HR, Operations, and Workforce Planning to reflect headcount changes, shift modifications, and transportation needs. 5. Maintain detailed transportation records and reports, including attendance logs, vendor performance reports, cost summaries, and incident documentation. 6. Ensure compliance with company policies, service-level agreements, and safety procedures, while recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.
