• Create weekly & monthly social media plans.
• Research destinations, hotels, and travel trends.
• Coordinate directly with the full Baghdad team (sales, operations, ticketing, packages).
• Prepare clear briefs for designers, editors, and media buyers.
• Generate new ideas for posts, reels, and campaigns.
• Schedule and publish content on all platforms.
• Prepare ad copy and support media buyer with campaigns.
• Monitor performance and send weekly reports.
• Ensure consistency of branding and accuracy of information.
3-5 years of proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing, preferably within the travel or tourism industry.Expertise in developing and executing social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.Strong understanding of travel trends, audience segmentation, and digital engagement tactics.Experience with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to inform strategy.Proficiency in content management systems and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).Ability to work independently and remotely, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.Familiarity with paid social media advertising and campaign management.Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
