MK Consultancy is hiring a Part-Time HR & Recruitment Specialist to build and manage our talent acquisition infrastructure. This role ensures we hire fast, hire smart,and maintain a clean HR operational backbone.
Role Overview
You will oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, contracts, and HR documentation. This is a strategic role, not a routine admin job.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and shortlist candidates across LinkedIn, Wuzzuf, and communities.
- Manage the full recruitment funnelfor all roles.
- Conduct the first interview and prepare evaluation summaries.
- Draft JDs, offer letters, and employment contracts.
- Build HR policies(leave, performance, code of conduct).
- Support onboarding and training documentation.
