*Operations Manager – E-commerce* (Fashion)
Location: New Cairo/ Nasr City, Cairo, 
Company: Le maillot - growing Egyptian swimwear brand.
We’re a fast-growing swimwear brand based in Egypt, selling mainly online with seasonal offline stores. We’re looking for an Operations Manager to own the full order journey: from warehouse and couriers to returns and customer experience, using Odoo as our core system.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead day-to-day operations: warehouse, order fulfillment, delivery, returns & exchanges.
• Manage and coach the operations team (OTC, warehouse, CRM, returns & exchange).
• Ensure accurate inventory and smooth use of Odoo across all operational flows.
• Manage courier relationships and ensure on-time, cost-efficient delivery.
• Prepare and track KPIs (order lead time, on-time delivery, return rate, cost per order).
• Support peak seasons and new collection launches with the right operational capacity.
• Improve and document processes and SOPs to make operations scalable.
Requirements
• 5+ years in operations / logistics / e-commerce (fashion/retail is a plus).
• Experience managing a small team in a fast-growing environment.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/WMS (Odoo is a strong plus).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets.
• Procactivity and strong leadership skills
• Fluency in Arabic and good command of English.
