Job Description:

The Commercial Manager will lead the marketing and sales operations, driving strategic plans to achieve operational objectives and revenues.
He will also lead a team including maintenance contracts, product managers, and business development staff.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to achieve annual sales quotas and gross profit plans across regions.
  • Forecast sales volumes, analyze market trends, pricing, competition, costs, supply, and demand to set competitive pricing and maximize profitability.
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs to increase market penetration.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities using company technologies to enhance brand connection both online and offline.
  • Analyze market requirements, competitor strengths and weaknesses, and forecast business opportunities to support targeted market share growth.
  • Improve product marketability and profitability by researching market opportunities, enhancing packaging, and coordinating new product development.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key accounts through regular visits, needs assessment, and opportunity exploration to sustain long-term partnerships.
  • Collect, analyze, and summarize marketing and sales data and trends for informed decision-making.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive company information.
  • Continuously update professional knowledge through education, networking, and participation in industry organizations.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise marketing and sales personnel; manage job performance, schedule, coaching, and disciplinary actions; and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Lead a team including maintenance contracts, product managers, and business development staff.
  • Support the overall mission and goals of the marketing and sales organization.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.Proven experience in a commercial or business development role.Strong strategic planning, market analysis, and forecasting skills.Excellent leadership and team management abilities.Proficient in developing and executing marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Fluency in English and Arabic.High level of professionalism.
