As a Front-End Team Leader, you will oversee the delivery of front-end projects, guide and mentor the development team, ensure code quality, and drive best practices. You will collaborate closely with designers, backend teams, product owners, and stakeholders to translate business needs into seamless, user-friendly interfaces.
Technical Responsibilities Lead the development of high-quality, responsive web interfaces using Vue.js. Review and optimize code to ensure scalability, maintainability, and high performance. Translate UX wireframes, prototypes, and design assets into polished UI components. Champion front-end standards, architecture, reusable components, and design systems. Ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsive design accuracy, and UI consistency. Oversee the full front-end development lifecycle—planning, coding, debugging, and deployment. Leadership & Team Management Lead, support, and mentor front-end developers, ensuring continuous growth and skill development. Conduct code reviews and provide clear, constructive feedback. Assign tasks, manage workload distribution, and ensure timely project delivery. Encourage a collaborative, positive, and solution-driven team culture. Drive improvements in workflow, documentation, coding guidelines, and development processes. Partner with HR and management in evaluating team performance and identifying training needs. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure accurate implementation. Collaborate with backend developers to ensure smooth integration with server-side logic. Coordinate with product managers and stakeholders to clarify requirements and expectations. Job Requirements8+ years of hands-on front-end development experience.2+ years of experience leading or supervising a front-end team (or senior-level leadership responsibilities). Expert-level proficiency in Vue.js and its ecosystem. Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, Java Script, and modern front-end tools. Deep understanding of responsive design, CSS architecture, and grid systems. Experience with frameworks like Bootstrap, Foundation, etc. Solid understanding of cross-browser compatibility and front-end debugging. Strong experience with Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and design asset interpretation. Familiarity with backend environments (e.g., . NET) is a plus. Experience with Git and distributed version control systems. Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality output.
