  • Oversee and execute end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • Coordinate and facilitate employee training, development programs, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Maintain and update HR information systems and personnel records with high attention to detail.
  • Support organizational change initiatives and drive continuous improvement in HR practices.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and promote employee well-being.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3 to 8 years of progressive experience in human resources, preferably in Oil abd Gas or a multinational or industrial environment.Strong knowledge of HR best practices, local labor laws, and regulatory compliance.Demonstrated experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
