Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the entire sales function, including team performance, targets, and operations.
- Build and execute sales strategies to grow market share and achieve revenue goals.
- Coach, develop, and motivate the sales team to ensure consistent high performance.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations & Finance to ensure alignment across all business units.
- Set clear KPIs, forecasting, and reporting for senior management.
