We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Tendering & Pricing Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing technical and commercial proposals, cost estimations, and tender submissions for projects. This role requires strong knowledge of engineering principles, market pricing, and tendering procedures, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze tender documents, technical specifications, and client requirements.
• Collaborate with internal departments (engineering, procurement, finance, etc.) to gather necessary inputs for proposals.
• Prepare accurate and competitive pricing in line with client expectations and company profitability.
• Develop cost estimation sheets, bills of quantities (BOQs), and cost breakdown structures.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
• Prepare and submit tender documentation (technical and commercial) in a timely manner.
• Participate in bid clarification meetings and technical evaluations.
• Monitor and evaluate market trends, competitor pricing, and industry benchmarks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and tender requirements.
• Maintain a database of cost records, supplier information, and pricing references for future use.
