Introduction
We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Business Development Executive to support the launch and management of multiple business ventures across sectors such as food and beverage, logistics, and other commercial concepts. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, take initiative, and manage a diverse range of responsibilities while contributing directly to the creation and growth of new business ideas. The role reports directly to the Managing Director.
Key Responsibilities
The Business Development Executive will support research, operations, supplier engagement, and strategic coordination across several projects. Responsibilities include:
• Conducting research on potential business locations, including operational requirements, regulatory processes, and suitability assessments.
• Collecting information on products, licensing requirements, patents, and commercial compliance obligations.
• Engaging with suppliers, manufacturers, service providers, and potential clients to promote business opportunities and build partnerships.
• Leading procurement-related tasks such as requesting quotations, evaluating suppliers, negotiating terms, and supporting purchasing decisions.
• Working with legal teams to coordinate company setup, documentation, and regulatory compliance for new ventures.
• Assisting in managing social media content, website development, and overall marketing strategies.
• Arranging and coordinating meetings for lead generation, networking, and partnership building.
• Identifying logistics and delivery companies, assessing service options, and supporting operational and supply chain planning.
• Handling day-to-day administrative tasks, follow-ups, and general coordination to keep projects on track.
