Sales Engineer (motors)

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for motors and related pumping solutions within domestic, municipal, and industrial sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Provide technical support and product recommendations to customers, leveraging in-depth knowledge of Grundfos motors and pumps.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring alignment with company policies and profitability targets.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and service teams to ensure seamless project execution and after-sales support.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies and product positioning.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs within the designated territory.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and documentation for management review.
  • Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and network with potential clients.
