  • Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on approved work orders and customer demand.
  • Utilize SAP (PP/MRP) to plan material requirements, review stock levels, and ensure timely replenishment of raw materials and consumables.
  • Use Primavera P6 for creating, updating, and controlling production schedules and contingency plans.
  • Follow up on production progress to ensure alignment with scheduled timelines.
  • Analyze daily production performance; identify deviations and implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor material consumption, optimize stock levels, and reduce waste.
  • Coordinate closely with Production, Technical Office, Maintenance, Procurement, Logistics, and Warehouse teams.
  • Review stock balances and initiate procurement or internal transfer requests when needed.
  • Support continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency, reduce downtime, and improve planning accuracy.
