Platoon Design Group is looking for a highly organized and technically strong Site Architect to oversee and manage the architectural execution of our projects on site.
The ideal candidate will ensure that construction works strictly follow approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. You will act as the key link between the design office and the site team, ensuring flawless coordination and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise architectural work on site and ensure full compliance with approved drawings and technical specs.

Review shop drawings, material submittals, and samples before execution.

Coordinate daily with contractors, subcontractors, and site engineers to resolve technical issues.

Conduct regular site inspections, prepare progress reports, and flag deviations or defects.

Ensure quality control across all architectural finishes, materials, and detailing.

Communicate with design office regarding RFIs, design updates, and construction challenges.

Assist project managers in monitoring timelines, work sequences, and site logistics.

Ensure adherence to safety procedures and site regulations.

Participate in handing-over stages, snag lists, and final inspections.
