- Translate the overall marketing strategy into a cohesive digital marketing strategy for WHAM Clinics and exclusive doctor pages.
- Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly digital calendars including campaigns, content themes, and key milestones.
- Identify digital growth opportunities, new platforms, and emerging trends to keep WHAM Clinics at the forefront of the industry.
2. Campaign Leadership & Creative Briefing
- Lead the conceptualization of digital campaigns for WHAM Clinics and individual doctors.
- Write clear, structured creative briefs for internal teams and outsourced agencies (creative, video, production).
- Ensure all campaigns reflect WHAM’s brand identity, clinical positioning, and strategic direction.
- Align closely with production teams (in-house and outsourced) to ensure high-quality, timely deliverables.
3. Content Oversight & Quality Control
- Oversee content creation and publishing for all social media pages (main page + doctors).
- Ensure content is scientifically accurate, brand-aligned, engaging, and tailored to each doctor’s audience.
- Maintain a consistent premium aesthetic across all digital platforms.
4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Work closely with the Media Buyer/Performance Marketer to track campaign performance, optimize results, and ensure ROI.
- Create weekly and monthly digital reports, highlighting results, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor competitors, industry benchmarks, and algorithm updates to enhance performance.
5. Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and coach the digital team (content creators, strategists, social media specialists, community managers, videographers where needed).
- Identify skill gaps and provide training, workshops, and continuous support to uplift the team's capabilities.
- Foster collaboration between digital, creative, operations, CRM, and clinical teams.
6. Digital Operations & Process Excellence
- Ensure all digital activities follow WHAM Clinics’ branding, communication, and compliance guidelines.
- Establish efficient workflows for campaign execution, approvals, and publishing.
- Maintain strong coordination with IT for website updates, app content alignment, and UX improvement needs.
