Position Overview:We’re looking for a proactive and driven Direct Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about business development, has a strong understanding of client relationships, and is comfortable managing and optimizing sales pipelines through CRM systems (preferably Zoho).
Key Responsibilities: • Generate and manage B2B leads through direct sales and networking. • Follow up with clients, contractors, and designers on quotations and proposals. • Use Zoho CRM (or similar tools) to manage leads, track progress, and report sales activity. • Coordinate with the marketing team on campaigns, social media, and client outreach. • Develop and maintain strong client relationships and after-sales follow-ups. • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and business growth channels.
Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. • 1–3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in B2B or furniture/interior sectors. • Experience using Zoho CRM or similar CRM platforms. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Proficiency in English and Arabic.
