Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily branch operations to ensure smooth and timely shipment flow.
- Supervise couriers, coordinators, and in-branch staff while enforcing SOP compliance.
- Monitor and improve critical KPIs including: Delivery Rate, RTO%, Productivity, SLA compliance.
- Oversee attendance, discipline, and workforce readiness.
- Manage inbound, outbound, and return shipments with high accuracy.
- Resolve operational issues and ensure escalation procedures are followed.
- Coordinate with Customer Service, Complaints, Accounts, and Monitoring Room teams.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports on branch performance.
- Solve operational issues and report performance updates regularly.
Requirements2–5+ years of experience in last-mile delivery, logistics, courier operations, or e-commerce fulfillment.Proven experience managing a branch, station, or hub (mandatory).Experience managing multiple branches or large field teams.Strong understanding of delivery workflows and operational KPIs.Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and crisis-management skills.Proficient in last-mile systems, operational dashboards, or LMS platforms.Strong communication, reporting, and organizational skills.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.Adaptability to evolving business needs and operational requirements.
