Brand Manager - Waterproofing & Construction Chemicals

Department: Marketing

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Knowledge
     • Deep understanding of waterproofing & construction chemicals range (e.g., cementitious, acrylic, PU).
2. Market & Customer Insight
     • Identify key segments: contractors, applicators, consultants, and homeowners.
3. Brand Positioning
     • Position SCIB construction as trusted, durable, and locally adapted.
     • Build differentiation through quality, ease of application, and long-term protection.
4. Channel & Trade Marketing
    • Support dealer/distributor promotions with training, POS material, and demo kits.
    • Engage applicators with loyalty programs and certification workshops.

    • Support both project and specification teams along with on land support
5. Campaigns & Communication
    • Seasonal campaigns during rainy months.
    • Mix of ATL, BTL & digital – short videos, on-site demos, influencer partnerships.
6. Sales Support
   • Equip sales teams with brochures, project case studies, and competitive benchmarks.
   • Local promotions to drive conversion in key cities.
7. Performance KPIs
   • Brand awareness, lead generation, product trials, and sales growth in waterproofing & construction      chemicals category.
