  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to expand offshore facility management services, and understanding of international standards.
  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities with international clients and partners.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and industry influencers.
  • Lead contract negotiations, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of facility management solutions.
  • Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on business development activities and pipeline status.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance service offerings and improve client satisfaction.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, sales and bidding  within the facility management industry, Experience in Gulf Market is a must.Proven track record of securing and managing offshore or international facility management contracts.Strong understanding of facility management services, trends, and best practices.Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships.Experience working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.Ability to travel internationally as required.Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and professionalism.
