Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Secretary, based in Qesm 1st Nasser City. The Executive Secretary will handle clerical and administrative tasks, manage and coordinate schedules for executive staff, organize company records, and maintain seamless communication within the organization and with external clients. The individual will also assist in customer service-related tasks and provide support in secretarial services to ensure efficient daily operations.
Qualifications
- Clerical skills and proficiency in handling administrative tasks, record-keeping, and general office support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with executives, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
- Experience in company secretarial work and executive administrative assistance.
- Good looking
- Customer service skills to address inquiries and ensure a positive client experience.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in using office management tools and software.
- Prior experience in administrative or secretarial roles is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
