  • Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
     
  • Establishing the HR System: Design, implement, and manage a complete and integrated HR system from the ground up, covering all functions.
  • Organizational Restructuring: Lead and execute comprehensive restructuring initiatives across the company's departments and branches.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Develop and implement a competitive salary structure and oversee the payroll issuance process for the entire organization (700+ employees).
  • Performance Management: Develop, review, and enhance Job Descriptions (JDs) and establish clear, measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all roles.
  • Workforce Management: Effectively manage and oversee a large workforce (700+ employees) dispersed across multiple branches and warehouses.
  • Compliance and Operations: Ensure compliance with all Egyptian labor laws and oversee all daily HR operational tasks.
  • Talent Acquisition and Development: Implement effective recruitment, training, and employee development programs.
  • Branch Oversight: Routinely monitor and support HR functions and operations
