- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate administrative procedures and systems, and devise ways to streamline processes.
- Manage monthly payroll for all Egypt employees
- Manage timesheets for all employees
- Manage all accounting and petty cash for Cairo office
- Coordinate all HR requests for employees
- Manage onboarding and orientation for new employees.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation in both physical and digital formats.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications with consultants
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Coordinate logistics for company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Manage employee policies and Employee Handbook with outside consultants
- Ensure compliance with company policies and support adherence to workplace safety standards.
- Manage scheduling, meetings, and appointments for executives and team members.
3-7 years of proven experience in office administration or a related administrative role.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Strong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishProficiency with office management software and tools (e.g., MS Office Suite, Google Workspace).Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Experience supporting executive-level staff is preferred.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Professional demeanor and customer service orientation.
