The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling and cohesive graphics that support the company's social media presence and marketing campaigns. This role will focus on designing eye-catching visuals that resonate with the target audience, enhancing brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media trends and marketing principles, combined with a creative flair for producing visually impactful content that aligns with the company's mission in the ed-tech sector.
Design & Concept Development:
- Create engaging visuals, infographics, and promotional graphics for social media platforms, email campaigns, websites, and digital ads.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop on-brand creative concepts that drive engagement and conversions.
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all marketing channels, ensuring that all designs align with the company’s brand guidelines and objectives.
Campaign Asset Creation:
- Design visual assets for paid and organic social media campaigns, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Design banners, web assets, and landing pages that support various marketing initiatives.

Brand Consistency & Innovation:

- Continuously analyze the performance of creative assets, iterating designs to improve engagement metrics such as click-through rates, likes, and shares.
