Support troubleshooting of technical issues and help reduce equipment downtime of the production line.
Monitor production line efficiency (e.g., Utilization, OEE .. etc) and recommend improvement actions.
Assist in product trials and changeovers, ensuring smooth and correct implementation.
Keep production documentation accurate and updated, including SOPs and work instructions.
Participate in improvement programs (Lean, 5S, Kaizen) to boost productivity and reduce waste.
Follow and apply all Health & Safety rules and production SOPs.
Supervise and support daily production operations for specific machines or areas.
Monitor machine performance and identify areas for technical improvement.
Collect and record production data (output, downtime, waste, etc.).
Assist in reducing machine stoppages, waste, and product defects.
Support machine changeovers and trial runs of new products.
Coordinate with maintenance for preventive and corrective actions.
Ensure the correct use of raw materials according to recipes and production plans to control MUV.
Prepare shift or daily technical reports to be submitted to the Section Head or Production Manager.
