Job Title: Full-Time Developer & Technical Specialist
Location: Remote / Flexible
Commitment: Full-Time
Overview
- We’re looking for a technically fluent developer who understands how systems connect, data flows across platforms, and marketing technology actually drives business outcomes. This is not an entry-level role.
- You’ll be building and maintaining the technical infrastructure that powers automations, websites, funnels, and tracking systems across multiple client projects.
- You’ll be responsible for ensuring every integration works, every lead is tracked, and every automation runs correctly - from the code layer to the CRM.
Core Responsibilities
Web Development
- Build, maintain, and optimize websites and funnels on WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, and custom-coded frameworks (Next.js, HTML/CSS/JS).
- Handle custom integrations and API-based functionality between platforms.
- Troubleshoot and fix backend and frontend performance issues.
Automation & Integration
- Build, manage, and optimize workflows using Zapier, Make (Integromat), and Veritable.
- Connect systems such as payment processors, CRMs, email platforms, and analytics tools.
- Set up logic-based automations that trigger based on user behavior or data changes.
Tracking & Attribution
- Implement and maintain FBCLID/GCLID click tracking, UTM consistency, and conversion attribution systems.
- Configure analytics tools (Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4).
- Maintain accurate lead tracking from top-of-funnel to sale and upsells.
CRM & Data Management
- Configure and manage CloseCRM pipelines, automations, and integrations.
- Support CRM data hygiene, field mapping, and custom logic for lead scoring, tagging, and lifecycle automation.
Technical Support & QA
- Troubleshoot integration issues and system breakdowns across tools.
- Conduct periodic QA checks on automations, websites, and funnels.
- Document and standardize recurring technical processes.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and modern frontend frameworks (e.g., Next.js, React).
- Experience working with Zapier, Make (Integromat), and API-based integrations.
- Familiarity with WordPress, WooCommerce, and Shopify (including custom theme or plugin edits).
- Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and GA4.
- Experience setting up and troubleshooting webhooks and API connections between apps.
- Solid understanding of CRM systems, especially CloseCRM, and how they interact with marketing and sales funnels.
- Proven ability to debug, QA, and maintain complex automations and data workflows.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Familiarity with Supabase, Airtable, or other no/low-code databases.
- Experience building internal dashboards or reporting systems.
- Knowledge of Stripe, Typeform, and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
- Understanding of server management, domains, and hosting environments.
Ideal Profile
- System thinker who can understand both marketing and tech infrastructure.
- Comfortable with deep-dive debugging and problem-solving.
- Organized and precise with data, naming conventions, and version control.
- Independent, accountable, and able to manage multiple ongoing technical threads.
Compensation
- Full-time role (40+ hrs/week).
- Competitive salary based on experience and technical range.
- Long-term position with growth potential into senior tech or architecture roles.
