Mechanical Senior Project Engineer

1. Technical & Site Supervision

Lead on-site mechanical installation works (fuel tanks, steel structures, piping, pumps, accessories).

Ensure full compliance with HSE, quality, and energy-management procedures in all project sites.

Review & issue work permits for mechanical and installation activities.

Conduct continuous evaluation of executed works, identify risks, and take corrective actions.

Approve mechanical inspections, welding quality, material receiving, and fabrication compliance.

Supervise and guide site technicians and subcontractors; ensure proper work distribution.

Maintain daily reports, progress tracking, and technical documentation.

2. Project Planning & Execution

Follow up project schedules, resource allocations, and installation timelines.

Coordinate internally with production, QC, safety, planning, warehouse, and after-sales teams.

Ensure project execution meets design standards, safety requirements, and client specifications.

Manage cost efficiency, reduce waste, and control project expenses.

Support in preparing BOQs, materials lists, and commissioning documents.

3. Quality, Safety & Energy Compliance

Ensure mechanical work aligns with company safety manual and industry standards.

Conduct risk assessment for mechanical, welding, and installation activities.

Monitor adherence to the company’s energy policy on project sites.

Escalate and document any hazards, near-misses, or unsafe conditions immediately.

4. Reporting & Documentation

Prepare technical reports, risk reports, progress summaries, and completion files.

Ensure all site forms, checklists, and documents are properly filled and archived.

Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal managers.
