We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Odoo Implementor to lead the implementation of Odoo ERP systems for our clients. This role combines functional expertise, project leadership, and technical understanding to deliver tailored ERP solutions that meet complex business needs across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze client business requirements and translate them into effective Odoo solutions.
• Lead full-cycle Odoo ERP implementations, including:
  • System installation and configuration
  • Module customization
  • Data migration and third-party integrations
• Provide functional and technical expertise across Odoo modules such as Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Purchase, and more.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations to ensure successful and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with technical developers to design and develop custom modules and advanced feature requirements.
• Train client users on Odoo functionality, processes, and best practices.
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous process improvement.
• Document business processes, workflows, configurations, and project reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal project management frameworks and industry standards.
