Monitor cleaning, hospitality, pest control, and waste management services provided by contracted companies.
Act as the focal point for coordinating with the central administration department regarding logistics needs such as transportation, vehicles, security, telephones, stationery, and travel.
Follow up on administrative logistics tasks and ensure timely and efficient execution.
Support and monitor maintenance activities in coordination with the Hard Services Engineer and Facility Team Leader.
Take full responsibility for applying occupational health and safety standards within the scope of services and maintenance.
