Facility Specialist

  • Monitor cleaning, hospitality, pest control, and waste management services provided by contracted companies.
  • Act as the focal point for coordinating with the central administration department regarding logistics needs such as transportation, vehicles, security, telephones, stationery, and travel.
  • Follow up on administrative logistics tasks and ensure timely and efficient execution.
  • Support and monitor maintenance activities in coordination with the Hard Services Engineer and Facility Team Leader.
  • Take full responsibility for applying occupational health and safety standards within the scope of services and maintenance.
  • Prepare regular reports on service quality, vendor performance, issues, and operational needs.
  • Raise and follow up on purchase requests related to services.
  • Assist the Facility Team Leader in executing operational plans and achieving site objectives.
