  • Requirements elicitation from different stakeholders
  • Cooperate with stakeholders in building the long term strategic plans through market and competitor analysis.
  • Analysis of row requirements into the complete form ready for development backlog items.
  • Prioritize product feature backlog according to the clients' needs.
  • Plan agreed upon scope with the team in the form of releases.
  • Produce and maintain release plans.
  • Responsible for abiding to the produced release plan.
  • Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared stories to work on.
  • Communication with the client and stakeholders to update them with the progress and manage their expectations.
  • Support development team during release progress.
  • Perform UAT on every release.
  • Reporting every incident in the proper time.
