Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or a related field.2-4 years of proven experience in medical supplies or healthcare sales, preferably within hospitals.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong understanding of hospital procurement processes and healthcare regulations.Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for hospital environments.Fluency in written and spoken English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
