Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior WordPress Developer located in Cairo, Egypt. The Junior WordPress Developer will be responsible for building, customizing, and maintaining WordPress websites. Key tasks include converting designs into fully functioning WordPress themes, implementing plugins, optimizing website performance, troubleshooting issues, ensuring mobile responsiveness, and maintaining website security protocols. Collaboration with team members and active participation in technical troubleshooting will also be part of the role.

Qualifications

● 1-3 years of hands-on experience in WordPress development.

● Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP for customizing WordPress themes and plugins.

● Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile-first development.

● Experience working with page builders such as Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg.

● Basic understanding of SEO best practices and website optimization techniques.

● Ability to troubleshoot and debug issues across different browsers and devices.

● Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills within a team environment.

● Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

● Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
