Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Director, based in Alexandria, Egypt. The Sales Director will develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals, oversee sales operations, and drive customer acquisition and retention. Additional responsibilities include leading and mentoring the sales team, maintaining strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for business growth, and ensuring excellent customer service to uphold the company's reputation.
Qualifications
Solid expertise in Sales and Sales Operations Proficiency in Customer Service and maintaining long-term client relationships Experience in Team Management with strong leadership and mentoring capabilities Strategic Business Development skills with the ability to identify new markets and opportunities Strong communication and negotiation skills Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus Previous experience in the cookware or manufacturing industry is preferred Fluency in English and Arabic
