About the Role:We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Sales Agent to join our team at Met Life. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting Met Life’s insurance and financial solutions, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through both indoor and outdoor sales activities.

Key Responsibilities: • Identify potential clients and conduct meetings (indoor & outdoor) to present Met Life’s insurance solutions. • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers. • Understand customer needs and provide tailored financial and protection plans. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Follow up with clients and provide excellent after-sales support. • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in any field. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a hybrid environment. • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively. • Previous experience in sales is a plus, but fresh graduates are welcome.
