Responsibilities:- Monitor and manage all ZAT social media channels (Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, You Tube).- Reply to all messages, comments, and DMs with fast, friendly, and helpful communication.- Handle customer inquiries about products, orders, delivery, and complaints with professionalism.- Manage Whats App messages, follow-ups, and customer support communication.- Answer customer phone calls, providing clear product information and sales support.- Report FAQ, customer feedback, and common issues to the team.- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to resolve customer problems.- Maintain ZAT’s elegant brand tone in every interaction.- Support community engagement during campaigns (restock, bundles, giveaways).- Flag urgent cases (refunds, escalations, negative reviews) to the Head of Marketing.
Requirements:- Excellent communication skills in Arabic (English is a plus).- Previous experience in customer service or social media moderation.- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.- Fast response time and high attention to detail.- Familiarity with beauty and skincare brands is preferred.- Ability to work full-time, including during peak campaign days
