Role Description This is a full-time Customer Service Advisor role located in Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of customer service. This is an on-site position that requires excellent telephone manners and a customer-focused approach.
