Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Architectural Designer, located in Heliopolis. The Senior Architectural Designer will be responsible for developing comprehensive architectural designs, preparing construction drawings, and contributing to urban planning initiatives. The role includes collaborating with teams, managing design projects from concept to execution, and ensuring the successful implementation of design solutions. The candidate will also ensure adherence to regulations and project requirements while maintaining high design standards.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design Strong skills in creating and interpreting Construction Drawings Experience in Urban Planning and comprehensive design development Proficiency in Drawing and related technical tools Excellent project management and teamwork skills Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Proficiency in design software such as Auto CAD, Sketch Up, Revit, or similar tools Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field Experience working on urban development or similar large-scale projects is a plus
