We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Precious metal advisor Sales Executive to join our team, specializing in retail sales of precious metals (Gold and Silver). The ideal candidate will be instrumental in serving our individual clientele, building lasting trust, and guiding customers through high-value purchases. You will be responsible for the full B2C sales process, from welcoming clients and providing product education to secure transaction processing and relationship follow-up. This role requires exceptional integrity, a proactive approach, and a deep commitment to ensuring every customer feels confident and well-advised on their investment decisions. Key Responsibilities:Drive Sales & Revenue: Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets (KPIs). Client Advisory & Acquisition: Acquire new B2C clients by providing expert product education and high-quality, personalized consultation. Build Trust & Retention: Cultivate strong, long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and investment portfolio growth. Security & Compliance: Execute high-value precious metal transactions with high security, integrity, and discretion. Data Management: Maintain accurate client records and consultation history efficiently using ERP software. Qualifications:>2 years of foundational B2C (Business-to-Consumer) retail sales experience, preferably in a high-trust environment (e.g., luxury goods, investments, or Banking sector). A foundational understanding of the retail sales cycle, focused on customer service and rapport building. Strong negotiation and closing aptitude, with the ability to influence purchasing decisions through education and trust. Proficient in ERP System software (e.g., Odoo) or demonstrates a strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn quickly. Highly motivated and target-driven with a focus on personal client connection and retention. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional attitude suitable for handling sensitive, high-value client interactions.
