Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Recruiter, located in Qesm Heliopolis. The Senior Human Resources Recruiter will be responsible for managing the recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. The recruiter will develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, build strong candidate pipelines, and maintain relationships with hiring managers. Additionally, the role involves conducting reference checks, negotiating offers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Qualifications
Proficiency in full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition4-6 years is a must Experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates Strong skills in developing and implementing recruitment strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and maintain candidate relationships Knowledge of labor laws and best practices payroll cycle labor office ( S1,S2,s6) Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in the real estate industry or construction is a must
