- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
- Create compelling job descriptions and ensure consistent employer branding
- Use a variety of sourcing methods (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking) to identify high-quality talent
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical/manager interviews
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Analyze recruitment metrics and suggest improvements
