  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with store owners and branch managers to strengthen brand loyalty.
  • Respond promptly to customer complaints or issues to ensure satisfaction and sustainable cooperation.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports covering sales, market updates, competitor activities, and distribution.
  • Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide strategic recommendations to improve overall results.
  • Coordinate with the finance team to define pricing structures and discounts aligned with targeted profit margins.
  • Ensure full compliance with approved pricing policies across the market.
