Technical Sales Manager

  • Lead and manage the electrical sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets for critical power and distribution solutions.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the electrical power sector, including UPS systems, ATS, busway systems, and related products.

  • Oversee the preparation and delivery of technical sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and service teams to ensure customer requirements are met with tailored solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and product positioning.
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to sales staff to foster professional development and high morale.
  • Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Represent Sigma Engineering at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients.
