1. Product Development & R&D

1. Lead R&D projects related to MAP films.
2. Evaluate different fresh food products (fruits and vegetables) and determine their MAP needs.
3. Conduct lab trials, packaging tests, gas-permeability evaluations, and shelf-life studies.
4. Coordinate product validation trials with production and QC teams.

2. Customer Application Support

1. Work closely with customers’ production and QA teams to understand pain points and technical requirements.
2. Support customer trials, conduct on-site evaluations, and solve technical issues related to MAP performance.
3. Document findings and translate them into actionable improvements for product development.

3. Market & Technical Knowledge

1. Stay updated on global MAP technologies, film innovations, gas-mix strategies, and food preservation trends.
2. Benchmark competitors’ MAP solutions and identify gaps or opportunities.
3. Provide feedback to management on market needs and technical enhancements.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

1. Work closely with Production, QC, Sales, and R&D to ensure MAP products meet performance and cost targets.
2. Train internal teams (sales, QC, production) on MAP concepts, applications, and product specifications.
3. Prepare technical documentation, TDS updates, trial reports, and customer guidelines.
