  • Participate in developing annual production plans to achieve overall production targets.
  • Develop and modify production processes and monitor their implementation in line with efficiency and effectiveness objectives.
  • Participate in developing production processes by improving the utilization and efficiency of available production capacity.
  • Monitor adherence to production plans and schedules within specified times and at the desired quality levels.
  • Monitor the progress and implementation of the production plan, continuously guide the team, and monitor the technical condition of machinery and operating programs.
  • Prepare all department reports and submit them to the direct manager.
