Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR OD & C&B Specialist based in Alexandria, Egypt. The role involves overseeing organizational development initiatives, implementing HR policies, and managing compensation and benefits programs. Additional responsibilities include facilitating employee engagement, supporting personnel management, and ensuring adherence to HR management practices. The specialist will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with organizational goals.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Organizational Development (OD):
- Review, and update the organizational structure and reporting hierarchy.
- Develop job analysis and evaluation systems, maintaining a job description library for all positions.
- Conduct manpower and workforce planning studies in coordination with departments.
- Lead initiatives on change management, culture transformation, and continuous improvement.
- Develop competency frameworks aligned with corporate strategy.
- Support succession planning, career path development, and talent management programs.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and engagement programs; develop action plans based on results.
- Ensure alignment between OD programs, performance results, and HR strategic objectives.
Compensation & Benefits (C&B):
- Implement job evaluation processes to ensure pay equity and fairness.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and compensation market surveys.
- Develop and administer benefits, incentive, and reward systems.
- Oversee payroll accuracy, payroll audits, and coordination with finance.
- Analyze HR costs and maintain C&B reports, and variance analyses.
- Prepare compensation forecasts, and bonus proposals.
Performance Management System (PMS) & Appraisals:
- Implement the company’s performance management system (KPIs, goals, appraisals).
- Coordinate annual goal-setting, and evaluations with department heads.
- Ensure consistency, fairness, and alignment of performance ratings across departments.
- Develop tools, forms, and guidelines for competency and KPI-based evaluation.
- Analyze performance data to identify development needs, high performers, and underperformers.
- Link appraisal outcomes with compensation adjustments, promotions, and succession planning.
- Generate PMS analytics and continuous improvement recommendations.
