  6. Leads shuffling according to operations’ rules
  7. Creating TCRs.
  8. Scheduling Developers’ Orientations
  9. Managing Developers’ Contracts
  10. Reviewing on Re-opened and reserved TCRs (Deals that are not Contracted yet, Contract Cycle got any delay from client side)
  11. YTD & Monthly Sales Volume, Contracted, Cancelled Reports
  12. Quarter Sales Achievements Report
  13. Weekly Sales Achievements Report
  14. Handling Reception & Call Center Calls
  15. New Comers’ Operations induction, Collaboration ZOHO Induction
  16. Handle Clients whatsapp messages (Cv’s, Leads, etc,.)
  17. Checking Abundant calls (Call Center)
  18. Handling internal Sales Conflicts
  19. Responsible for ZOHO Developments and New Comers Trainings
  20. Organizing Clients Entry During Events, Conflicts Control
