  • Lead and manage the retail sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets across multiple store locations.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Monitor store performance, analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained throughout all retail operations.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor retail staff, fostering a high-performance and customer-focused culture.
  • Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
  • Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising to optimize sales.
  • Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Identify market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
