The System Administrator (SysAdmin) is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and reliable operation of all computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure. This role is critical to ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the in-house information systems that support core organizational functions. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills.

Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (e.g., Windows Server, Linux/Unix, macOS) and application software.

•Manage and maintain virtualized environments (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure).

•Perform regular system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes.

•Manage and maintain file servers, email systems, and other critical business applications.

•Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.

Manage and troubleshoot local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and wireless systems.

•Configure and maintain network services such as DNS, DHCP, and VPN.

•Administer and maintain network hardware, including routers, switches, and firewalls.

•Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.

Implement and manage system security measures, including access controls, antivirus, and anti-malware protection.

•Ensure security through regular audits, patch management, and vulnerability scanning.

•Manage and execute system backups and recovery procedures to ensure business continuity and disaster recovery.

•Operate and maintain the organization's firewall and intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS).

Set up, configure, and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP).

•Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, operational procedures, and user training materials.
