- Oversee and manage all technical office operations related to architectural projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Coordinate with design, engineering, and construction teams to review and validate architectural drawings, specifications, and shop drawings.
- Supervise the preparation, submission, and follow-up of technical documents, including RFIs, material submittals, and method statements.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and quality standards throughout all project phases.
- Lead the resolution of technical challenges and provide expert guidance to project teams during design and execution stages.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to address technical queries and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
- Manage documentation, archiving, and version control of all architectural and technical office records.
- Support procurement activities by evaluating technical aspects of materials and equipment.
- Mentor and develop junior technical office staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Minimum of 4- 5 years of experience in a technical office or architectural management role within the construction industry.Proven experience in coordinating architectural and engineering documentation for large-scale projects.Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and methods.Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software.Familiarity with local building codes, standards, and regulations.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.Commitment to delivering high-quality work within strict deadlines.
