- Identify and develop new clients in international markets and maintain strong relationships with them.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts while ensuring their needs are met.
- Prepare sales plans and execute export strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Negotiate with clients and present export offers that align with the company’s interests.
- Follow up on export procedures (shipping, documentation, customs clearance) to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct market research and monitor global trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports to management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in export sales, preferably in fresh fruits and vegetables.Solid knowledge of export procedures and international trade regulations.Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship management skills.Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking); knowledge of an additional language is a plus.Proficiency in MS Office applications.
