- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the pumps and water services sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Provide technical consultation and support to customers regarding product selection and application.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to achieve company targets.
- Conduct site visits to assess customer requirements and recommend optimal solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.2-7 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in pumps, water services, or related industries.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex products and solutions.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits as required.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.Strong organizational and time management skills.Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
