Customer Service Representative – Global Financial Markets

 

Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting clients with inquiries related to their trading accounts, platform usage, deposits, withdrawals, and general support needs. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to explain financial concepts clearly, and a solid understanding of global financial markets including equities, indices, commodities, and CFDs.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

1. Client Support

- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.

- Assist clients with account registration, verification, and KYC requirements.

- Provide guidance on deposits, withdrawals, and transaction status.

- Explain trading concepts such as margin, leverage, spreads, and order types.

 

2. Platform Assistance

- Support clients in navigating the trading platform.

- Assist with basic technical issues related to login, order placement, and account settings.

- Provide clear explanations of platform functions and tools.

 

 

3. Market Awareness

- Maintain general understanding of global financial markets.

- Support clients by explaining how market movements may affect their trading decisions.

- Clarify basic concepts related to indices, commodities, equities, and CFDs.

 

4. Case Management

- Follow up on pending client cases until resolution.

- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.

- Escalate issues to relevant departments when necessary.


Technical Skills- Basic understanding of global financial markets.- Familiarity with trading platforms, preferably MT5.- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and CRM systems.- Ability to learn workflow tools and internal systems. Personal Skills- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.- Ability to work under pressure.- Problem solving and patience when dealing with customers.- Strong organizational skills. Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.- One to three years of experience in customer service, preferably in a financial company.- Good command of English.
